Comfy beds, courteous staff, fine breakfast. I got free upgrade and liked it. Location right by the centre of St Helier, City center. I had a good stay in a long time.

Everything was fine, the wifi was good. My double room was equipped with central heating, an iron/ironing board and TV. Ideal location, 15 minutes' drive from Jersey airport. The facilities were good and easy to use. Could use their free parking. Very enjoyable experience and great value.

Decent location, calm staff, classic breakfast. Absolutely brilliant and cheap rooms with Wi-Fi, coffee/tea makers and television. We appreciated free mineral drinks at the pool bar. Near the beach that was stunning.

the location was such good, and the nice breakfast was offered. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like aromas, set within 5 minutes walk or so. it was worth its 2 stars.

Lovely location and service, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was just next door to Saint Aubin's Bay. Comfortable place for 3 nights

The hotel staff was annoying.
